Dear Clients,

Gwinnett County has given a stay at home order for all non-essential businesses starting on March 28th and lasting until April 13th. The county has listed pet care as an essential service NOT subject to closure.

During this time, Suwanee Animal Hospital will be open normal hours offering all services except playcare. All other services will be provided with our Closed Door Policy to prevent the spread of COVID-19 through social distancing.

All clients please call (770) 271-8716 when you arrive in the parking lot and a staff member will come to your car to retrieve your pet. We will call you to discuss your case and upon completion take payment over the phone, then deliver your pet and any medications to you.

For end of life care and extremely sick pets you will be allowed to accompany your pet inside upon request. In this situation, please try to observe a limit of two people.

For prescription refills and food orders, please provide your payment information at the time of the order. Call when you arrive and we will bring your prepaid order out to you.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these difficult times,

Dr. Margaret Fitzgerald, Owner
